Step 1: Accessing Your Wallet
First, navigate to the 'Wallets' section of your Pi42 account.
Here, you will find your INR wallet, which displays your Available Balance. Remember, your Total Balance includes your available balance and any amount locked as margin for orders.
Step 2: Initiating Withdrawal
Click on the 'Withdraw' option available in your wallet section.
This action will start the withdrawal process.
Step 3: Entering Withdrawal Amount
In the amount input field, enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
Please ensure that the amount is not less than the minimum withdrawal limit of Rs 100.Note: You cannot withdraw more than your available balance
Step 4: Confirming the Withdrawal
After entering the amount, click on the 'Continue' button to proceed to the next step.
Step 5: Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
For enhanced security, you will be asked to complete a two-factor authentication process.
You will receive OTPs on your registered email ID and mobile number.
Enter these OTPs in the provided fields to authenticate the transaction.
Step 6: Submitting Your Request
Once you have entered the OTPs, click on 'Submit' to finalise your withdrawal request.
The request will then be processed by Pi42.

Step 7: Tracking the Withdrawal
You can monitor the status of your withdrawal in the INR Ledger under the 'Wallet Transactions' table.
This section will show your withdrawal as a recent transaction.
Processing Time
After submitting the request, the withdrawal process will begin. Our team will check your details and initiate funds tranfer
The funds should reflect in your linked bank account within 24 to 48 hours.
